Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
Your twins pause until the next billing cycle, or you can upgrade. There are no overage charges. We email you when you reach 80% of your allowance.
How are messages counted?
Messages are counted in units that reflect the model the twin is running on. Swift, Sharp and Brilliant are three model strengths: a Swift message counts as 1 unit, a Sharp message as 2, and a Brilliant message as 6. So Pro's 500 units is about 250 messages on Sharp. On the Free plan, your first 25 messages run on the Sharp model so you can judge the quality; after that Free twins run on Swift.
What is Bring Your Own Key?
On Pro and above, you can use your own API key. This gives you unlimited messages. You pay the provider directly and pay us only for the platform.
What is an Imprint?
An Imprint is the model of you; twins are versions of it for different audiences. Most people only need one. Free includes 1 Imprint, Pro includes 3 and Business includes 10, which matters when several people in a firm each have their own.
What is Mirror Score?
Mirror Score measures how complete and well-calibrated your twin's model of you is: how much of your Imprint is filled in, how deep your reasoning graph is (evidence and confirmed principles), how strong and recent your calibration is, and how much you have used it. It is a completeness measure. Accuracy is measured separately: a slice of your calibration answers is held back and never shown to your twin, and your Fidelity score is how often the twin makes the same call you did on those unseen decisions, compared with a plain prompt clone and a document-search clone built from the same account. Every plan can reach a high score; paid plans add more ways to grow the graph.
What is the reasoning graph?
A map of how you decide. Every scenario answer, correction, thing you tell your twin and document you write becomes evidence. Imora distils it into the principles you actually run on, with the conditions they apply under, links them, and lets you see and search the graph. Every twin you own reasons from it, and every answer shows the principles and evidence it used. Free builds it from your scenario answers; Pro and above also grow it from your own chats with your twin, your corrections and your documents.
What is cross-twin learning?
There is one reasoning graph per person, so anything you teach one twin, every twin knows. Only your own words feed it: your answers, your corrections, your documents. Nothing a visitor says ever changes how your twins think. Available on Pro and above.
Do I need a trial to get started?
No. The Free tier is permanent: no trial, no time limit. Use it as long as you like. Business plans start with a 30-day guided pilot with onboarding support.
What currency am I billed in?
All billing is in GBP (British Pounds) via Stripe. We show local currency estimates where possible for convenience.
