Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens when I hit my message limit?
On the Free plan, your twin pauses until the next cycle. On paid plans, overage messages are billed at a small per-message rate. We send alerts at 80% and 95% usage.
What is Bring Your Own Key?
On Pro and above, you can use your own API key. This gives you unlimited messages. You pay the provider directly and pay us only for the platform.
What is an Imprint?
Your Imprint is your core identity model: your knowledge, reasoning style, and personality captured in 6 layers. You build it once through a guided conversation. Twins are lightweight lenses over your Imprint. Free includes 1 Imprint, Pro includes 3, Business includes 10, and Enterprise is unlimited.
What is Mirror Score?
Mirror Score measures how accurately your twin represents you, based on both depth and coverage. Free gives basic accuracy. Pro delivers deep fidelity with Connected Intelligence. Business and Scale add explainable reasoning and full intelligence API access.
What is Connected Intelligence?
Unlike flat imprints, Imora builds a deep knowledge model of your experiences, decisions, and reasoning patterns. This means your twin doesn't just know what you know. It understands why you think the way you do. Available on Pro and above.
What is cross-twin learning?
When someone chats with any of your twins, the insights feed back into your intelligence model. All your twins benefit from every conversation. Available on Pro and above.
Do I need a trial to get started?
No. The Free tier is permanent — no trial, no time limit. Use it as long as you like. Business plans include a 30-day guided pilot with onboarding support to help your team get the most out of Imora.
What currency am I billed in?
All billing is in GBP (British Pounds) via Stripe. We show local currency estimates where possible for convenience.
